1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following expressions carry the meanings as defined below:

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

Account registration at kiss8 is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not on a self-exclusion list or any currently active responsible gambling protection programme.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Not have any other active account on the kiss8 platform – only one account per individual is permitted.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. kiss8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC process.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

4 Fund Withdrawal

6 Game Rules and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

10 Liability Limits

Kiss8 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption; however, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical errors or disruptions at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Kiss8 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party server outages, or natural disasters.
